Due to the social, economic and mainly medical uncertainty created by the COVID-19 pandemic we are extending the participation period on the capital increase for LLOOL TECHNOLOGY S.L. until the 30th of June, 2020. 

 

From the 17h February until the 30th June 2020, LLOOL TECHNOLOGY, S.L. will proceed to carry out a capital increase in order to streng then the company and be able to deal with the near future challenges and that accompany in this letter as the company’s activity information and the strategic plan from 2020 to 2023. 

In order to carry out the capital increase, we count on the advice of the specialized company García&CotoAsesores whom that have been accompanying us in this process from the beginning. We count as well with the juridical advice of José Angel Suárez Álvarez, who is an expert in digital law.
